Deepen China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, Forge a New Pattern of Industrial Cooperation

2026 年 6 月 23 日 —7 月 5 日，依托中巴经济走廊 2.0 高质量发展战略机遇，炳焕国际贸易有限公司董事长吴庆国先生随同中巴经济走廊重点项目办公室领导赴巴基斯坦开展专项深度考察。 From June 23 to July 5, 2026, leveraging the high-quality development strategic opportunities of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Phase II, Mr. Wu Qingguo, Chairman of Binghuan International Trade Co., Ltd., accompanied leading officials from the Special Working Group of CPEC Key Projects on an in-depth special inspection tour of Pakistan.

一、高层随行考察，锚定走廊升级核心合作赛道

I. High-level Delegation Inspection, Targeting Core Cooperation Tracks for CPEC Upgrading

本次考察作为中巴经济走廊民生产业、创新产业协同推进重点商务活动，行程同步走访巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡、拉合尔等核心经济城市，先后与巴农业、工贸、基建、物流等政府职能部门座谈交流，实地参观当地规模化农场、生物科研基地、冷链仓储枢纽、工业园区及在建基础设施项目，围绕两国资源禀赋互补优势深度交换合作思路。As a key commercial event to boost coordinated development of livelihood industries and innovative industries under CPEC, the delegation visited major economic hubs including Islamabad and Lahore of Pakistan. It held exchanges with Pakistani government authorities of agriculture, industry & trade, infrastructure and logistics, and conducted field visits to large-scale farms, biotechnology research bases, cold chain warehousing hubs, industrial parks and ongoing infrastructure projects. In-depth discussions were carried out on cooperation ideas based on complementary resource endowments of the two countries.

随行专班重点围绕八大核心板块开展专项对接，这些也是本次公司落地合作的核心方向： The special working group focused on targeted matchmaking covering eight core sectors, which also constitute the core cooperation areas for the Company’s upcoming projects:

Full-scale Smart Agriculture Deployment: supply of intelligent agricultural machinery, digital farmland systems and digital agricultural management platforms;

4. 跨境农业供应链与冷链物流：仓储枢纽搭建、跨境冷链、进出口通关一体化服务；

Cross-border Agricultural Supply Chain & Cold Chain Logistics: construction of warehousing hubs, cross-border cold chain services and integrated import & export customs clearance solutions;

5. 现代综合产业园投资运营：农业产业特区、加工产业园、贸易集散园区共建；

Investment & Operation of Modern Comprehensive Industrial Parks: co-construction of agricultural special economic zones, processing industrial parks and trade distribution parks;

6. 农产品双向进出口贸易：巴特色农产品对华出口、国内农资 / 农副产品对巴输出；

Two-way Import & Export of Agricultural Products: export of Pakistani characteristic agricultural products to China and supply of domestic agricultural materials & sideline products to Pakistan;

7. 城乡配套基础设施建设：农田水利、园区配套、商贸物流基建配套；

Urban & Rural Supporting Infrastructure Construction: farmland water conservancy, park supporting facilities and commercial logistics infrastructure;

8. 双边国际贸易长效机制搭建：两国商贸渠道搭建、政企贸易对接、订单长期稳定合作。

Establishment of Long-term Bilateral International Trade Mechanisms: building bilateral commercial channels, facilitating government-enterprise trade matchmaking and securing long-term stable order cooperation.

董事长在政企座谈中表示，中巴全天候战略合作伙伴关系为跨境贸易企业提供坚实发展基础，公司长期深耕 “一带一路” 南亚市场，具备政策解读、项目落地、贸易履约、跨境物流全流程服务能力，将以本次考察签约为起点，打通技术、产业、贸易、基建一体化合作闭环，助力中巴经济走廊民生产业提质增效。 During government-enterprise forums, the Chairman stated that the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between China and Pakistan lays a solid foundation for cross-border trading enterprises. Having long cultivated South Asian markets under the Belt and Road Initiative, the Company boasts full-process service capabilities covering policy interpretation, project implementation, trade performance and cross-border logistics. Taking this inspection and signing ceremony as a new starting point, the Company will form an integrated closed-loop cooperation covering technology, industry, trade and infrastructure to drive quality and efficiency improvement of livelihood industries under CPEC.

II. In-depth Government-Enterprise Matchmaking, Batch Signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreements

本次考察期间，公司与巴基斯坦多个政府主管部门、本土大型农业集团、产业园运营头部企业完成多轮专项洽谈，正式签署系列全方位战略合作协议，合作内容覆盖技术共建、园区投资、长期农产品购销、跨境物流总包、基建配套联合开发、国际贸易等板块。 Throughout the inspection, the Company held multiple rounds of special negotiations with various Pakistani government competent authorities, large local agricultural conglomerates and leading industrial park operators, and formally signed a series of all-round strategic cooperation agreements covering joint technology development, park investment, long-term agricultural product purchase & sales, general contracting of cross-border logistics, joint development of supporting infrastructure and international trade.

协议明确双方将建立长期稳定协同机制：巴方提供本土土地、产业政策、市场渠道、本地配套资源；我方输出成熟农业科创技术、智慧农业整套解决方案、标准化供应链管理体系、国内庞大消费市场渠道、跨境国际贸易全流程运营能力，联合打造本土化生产加工基地、中巴特色农产品双向贸易通道、现代化综合产业园区，同步配套完善农田、仓储、道路等基础设施，构建从田间生产、深加工、仓储冷链到跨境进出口的完整闭环产业链。 The agreements stipulate that both parties will establish a long-term stable coordination mechanism. Pakistan will provide local land, industrial policies, market channels and supporting local resources; while our company will export mature agricultural science and technology, full-set smart agriculture solutions, standardized supply chain management systems, extensive domestic consumer market channels and full-process cross-border international trade operation capabilities. Both sides will jointly build localized production and processing bases, two-way trade corridors for characteristic China-Pakistan agricultural products and modern comprehensive industrial parks, supported by complete farmland, warehousing, road and other infrastructure, forming a full closed-loop industrial chain ranging from field cultivation, deep processing and cold chain warehousing to cross-border import and export.

They pointed out that the signed agreements will fully leverage complementary advantages of both sides, effectively upgrade Pakistan’s agricultural modernization, reduce loss of agricultural products in cross-border circulation and expand export channels of local characteristic agricultural products to China. Meanwhile, the introduction of high-quality Chinese agricultural materials and technical equipment will boost local agricultural output and farmers’ income and create a large number of local jobs, making this project a benchmark for pragmatic livelihood and agricultural cooperation under CPEC.

此次巴基斯坦考察及战略合作签约，是公司深耕南亚市场、落实 “一带一路” 高质量发展布局的关键里程碑。下一步，公司将快速推进协议落地执行：组建专项项目工作组赴巴开展项目前期规划、产业园落地筹备、农业技术试点推广、首批农产品进出口订单落地；同步搭建中巴常态化政企对接平台，持续挖掘农业、科创、基建、国际贸易增量合作机会。 This Pakistan inspection tour and strategic cooperation signing mark a key milestone for the Company to deepen its presence in South Asian markets and implement high-quality development layout of the Belt and Road Initiative. Moving forward, the Company will accelerate the implementation of signed agreements: a special project taskforce will be dispatched to Pakistan to conduct preliminary project planning, industrial park preparation, pilot promotion of agricultural technologies and execution of the first batch of agricultural product import & export orders. A regular China-Pakistan government-enterprise matchmaking platform will also be established to continuously tap incremental cooperation opportunities in agriculture, science & innovation, infrastructure and international trade.
