为深化中巴全天候战略合作伙伴关系，推动两国新兴产业协同发展，2026 年 5 月 24 日，第三届中国 – 巴基斯坦信息技术与电信、电池储能系统及农业 B2B 投资峰会在杭州国际会议中心隆重举办。本次活动恰逢中巴建交 75 周年，也是巴基斯坦总理访华期间核心经贸交流活动。青岛炳焕国际贸易有限公司受邀参会，与中巴两国 500 余家标杆企业携手探索合作机遇，助力中巴经济走廊建设提质升级。

To further consolidate the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between China and Pakistan and boost the coordinated development of emerging industries, the 3rd China-Pakistan B2B Investment Summit on Information Technology, Telecommunications, Battery Energy Storage Systems and Agriculture was grandly held at Hangzhou International Conference Center on May 24, 2026. Marking the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the summit serves as a key economic and trade event during Prime Minister of Pakistan’s visit to China. Qingdao Binghuan International Trade Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the summit, exploring cooperation opportunities together with more than 500 leading enterprises from China and Pakistan, and facilitating the high-quality development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

本次峰会嘉宾阵容权威强大，中巴两国多位政要莅临现场。主要参会领导包括：巴基斯坦总理夏巴兹・谢里夫、巴基斯坦副总理兼外交部长伊沙克・达尔、浙江省委副书记、省长刘捷、巴基斯坦驻华大使卡里尔・哈什米、巴基斯坦信息及通信部部长莎萨・法蒂玛・赫瓦贾、中国国际贸易促进委员会浙江省委员会会长陈建忠等。两国政企高层齐聚一堂，充分彰显双方深化经贸合作的坚定决心。

The summit gathered distinguished guests and senior officials from both countries. Attending dignitaries included Mr. Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan; Mr. Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan; Mr. Liu Jie, Deputy Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province; Mr. Khalil Hashmi, Ambassador of Pakistan to China; Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications of Pakistan; and Mr. Chen Jianzhong, President of CCPIT Zhejiang Council. The presence of senior government and business representatives fully demonstrates the firm commitment of the two sides to deepening economic and trade cooperation.

巴基斯坦总理夏巴兹・谢里夫在主旨演讲中表示，中巴 “钢铁兄弟情” 源远流长、历久弥坚。他提出，农业、数字经济与人工智能、经济特区建设、矿产资源开发是双边合作四大潜力领域。巴方高度认可中国在信息技术、电池储能等领域的领先技术与产业实力，期待依托 B2B 合作模式，推动总额 130 亿美元合作项目落地见效，实现优势互补、互利共赢。浙江省委副书记、省长刘捷也在致辞中表达了深化两地经贸往来、拓展多领域合作的积极意愿。

In his keynote speech, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that the iron-clad brotherhood between China and Pakistan has stood the test of time. He pointed out that agriculture, digital economy and artificial intelligence, special economic zone development and mineral resources exploitation are four key areas with enormous cooperation potential. Pakistan speaks highly of China’s leading technologies and industrial strengths in information technology and battery energy storage. It expects to advance cooperation projects worth 13 billion US dollars via B2B cooperation models to achieve complementary advantages and win-win results. Mr. Liu Jie also expressed Zhejiang’s willingness to deepen bilateral economic and trade exchanges and expand cooperation across various fields.

峰会前期已完成 500 余场线上精准企业对接，为现场洽谈筑牢基础。依托完善的对接机制，两国企业围绕技术合作、项目投资、跨境贸易等议题深入交流，合作氛围十分热烈。

Prior to the summit, over 500 targeted online business matchmakings were completed, laying a solid foundation for on-site negotiations. With efficient docking mechanisms, enterprises from both sides conducted in-depth discussions on technological cooperation, project investment and cross-border trade, creating a vibrant atmosphere for cooperation.
